Adam Geller is the CEO of the
highly regarded polling firm, National Research Inc.
Way Back When
Adam received his B.A. in political science from Rutgers, the State
University of New Jersey, in 1988 and his M.A. in political science from
the University of Delaware in 1993.
Adam’s professional career in politics began in 1993 in Washington DC,
where he served as a Project Director at Fabrizio, McLaughlin and
Associates. One of Adam’s first major victories there was George Allen’s
victory over Mary Sue Terry in the 1993 Virginia Gubernatorial campaign.
Adam continued to poll for dozens of campaigns that ultimately resulted
in huge Republican congressional gains in the 1994 cycle.
Adam went on to serve as a Project Director for Public Opinion
Strategies, where he managed and analyzed hundreds of surveys and focus
groups throughout the United States, including Tom Campbell’s 1995
special congressional victory in California’s Central Valley, and Bob
Dole’s 1996 Presidential Primary campaign.
Managing to escape the Beltway in 1997, Adam joined Jamestown
Associates, a political media consulting firm, as their Vice President.
While there, he directed mail and media campaigns for dozens of
successful Republican clients, including those of Congressman Vito
Fossella (NY), Congresswoman Nancy Johnson (CT), Congressman Jim Kolbe
(AZ), Congressman Mike Ferguson (NJ), Congressman Jim Saxton (NJ), and
Congressman Connie Mack (FL).
More Recently
In 2002, Adam launched National Research Inc. The mission of the firm
includes polling, focus groups, dial groups, internet panels and
intercept surveys.
National Research has earned praise over the past several cycles for
accuracy, and more importantly, their clients’ success, even in “bad”
Republican years. Adam has been heavily involved in polling for the Club
for Growth, one of the most successful and visible 527 groups over the
past several cycles. Other clients include U.S. Senator John Barrasso
(WY), the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC),
Congressman Christopher Shays (CT), Congressman Tim Walberg (MI),
Congressman Walter Jones (NC), Congressman Bill Sali (ID), and
Legislative caucuses in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and
Arizona. |
